The connector between the water supply line and my house's line had come undone over the weekend, resulting in coming home to a flooded yard and kitchen.

I reached out to Wedgeworth Plumbing to see if I could avoid having such an issue in the future. They were quick to respond, quick to provide a fair quote, and even quicker in providing a thorough repair for my issue. I'm completely satisfied!

I communicated with Randy through yelp before hiring him to repair a very old leaking shower faucet. Though the job turned out to be on the bigger side of my estimation  (the whole shower valve had to be replaced)  and along with some unusual surprise (one of the brand-new replacement components I bought from home depot was defective, -_-!), Randy and his pal did a good job and fixed everything. Randy charged me the same promised price (I quoted for labor cost only) without charging me using his replacement component. After fixing the shower faucet, he and his pal put everything back in its original order and cleaned up everything.

I am very satisfied with his work and I will definitely recommend him to my friends for the following reasons:

1. He arrived at the promised time;
2. He and his pal did a good job in a very professional manner;
3. He did the job in a very clean way: wearing shoe cover, putting down floor cover, and cleaning up all the trashes/residuals;
4. His price was very reasonable and no upselling.

John was the first to respond and make himself available for my emergency plumbing request sent to various businesses via Yelp on a Friday night. I sent him a few pictures of the leak prior to the appointment and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate right away. He kept up good communication via text message and arrived punctually.

During the job he was honest, professional and thorough, making sure that everything was good to go before leaving. It was pretty clear that he enjoys the work that he does. When the water pressure dropped again a few hours later (which ended up not being his fault), he came back out for free and stayed for as long as it took to identify and fix the root cause of the issue. He was happy to answer all of our plumbing-related questions and offer advice to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

I had a garbage disposal that stopped working and was clogging up the sink and the dishwasher. Not an emergency, but an annoyance. I called one of the other plumbing companies that got a good review here and they wanted more money than the disposal and the installation and all the plumbing work I have had done in my place. So I asked them to leave.

Called Gary over at Plumbco and he and Andy came out within the hour. They checked it out, gave me a very reasonable quote, went right to work, got it working again (saved me the cost of a replacement), checked it a few times to make sure it was working, and then checked the dishwasher to make sure there were no visible problems. Gary then told me what to do if there was still a problem with the dishwasher that he might have missed. He also told me that I had made a nice purchase on the original disposal and that it was a good one that should last for many years.

Overall, I am very, very pleased with Plumbco , Gary, and Andy. They seem like really nice guys, very professional, made sure that they kept my place clean, told me the price and then did the work for that price, and that price was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Plumbco and will call them again if I need any plumbing work done. I know that one of my sisters needs some work done, so I got a business card just for her. They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

Highly recommend Drain Control for your plumbing needs. Sent a message last night and Kim showed up first thing this morning. My sewer line was clogged and he put a camera down and found multiple roots that were the problem. He used his hydro jet multiple times and cleared it out! He is extremely reasonable price wise and knowable too.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the work that Hugo did for us. He installed an outdoor awning and overhead garage storage for us in one afternoon. He made sure to involve us in all the set up specifications (how deep for the storage, what angle for the awning, etc.)

Pipes burst above our master bath tub and was able to get quick help from Geovanny and his team.  They were great help and quick.  They had everything they needed to get the job done. Especially during Houston winter storm.

On Christmas Eve I was made to wait at home the entire night on a promise that they were working late (I called multiple times to assure that I was being covered that night) , Only to be told via automatic text that I had been pushed back to Christmas Day . I missed a yearly gathering with my family so I could get my pipes fixed last night , I refuse to wait around all of Christmas Day on a maybe at best . Thanks for nothing y'all !!! Within a few hours, I had a quote and my job completed. I understand most projects won't be done in this manner, but I had a great experience with them, 10/10 would recommend

My sink had been clogged for a while and we tried everything to get it unclogged. I found this business on Yelp and saw the great reviews so I decided to give them a call. Darrell and Alex came out THE SAME DAY that I called and fixed my sink. My dad asked them to do work on the kitchen sink too even though they were done for the day. They even went to the store for a part that was needed for the new faucet. They did an amazing job! I definitely recommend using First Aid Plumbing.

Called on a Tuesday (about 4:45 pm) and was able to get an appt the next day between 08:00 - 10:00 am.  I had a stubborn clog ( more than 50 ft in) in my drain pipes and my attempts at unsticking it got nowhere (I tried with my own 25 foot and 50 foot snakes).

Two fine gents from Texas Best (James and Kris) arrived, took the time to listen to my issues (and what I'd already tried) and ended up power-snaking the clogged line with their 100 foot snake.  Issue was resolved within 45 minutes!  (And with a very reasonable $189 snaking fee).

Both James and Kris were professional, courteous, and also took the time to explain and talk with me on any/all my follow-up questions.  It can be hard to find a business you trust and which doesn't take advantage of a bad situation - these guys did outstanding work!

Everyone needs to know a great doctor and a great plumber and I have found my great plumber.  I messaged Aberle on Monday and scheduled on Tuesday for Friday and this morning got a text with pics of who was coming and when. He called to update me and explain and answered all my questions.

The jets were not working in the whirlpool tub at my rental house. I was worried it might cost twice as much or more (in which case i would have had a contractor take it out and put in a standing shower) but Josh had all the info on cost and options for me once he was able to reach the pump. Fortunately for all involved, I have been through an electrical repair before where it was the least invasive and disruptive to open the wall so I wasn't freaked out by that. He made good clean and tidy cuts which will be easy for me to float and repair.
He also took care to protect my new carpet there and respected my time and my property.

The office staff I interacted with were always polite and very responsive. That's huge to me as well as keeping me informed because I have no time to spare ever.
Great job Aberle. I am glad to be a client.

P.S. For me the mark of quality vendors is when the free estimate hits a snag (like we cannot access the area needed to diagnose) and they immediately stop and call me with what it will cost to proceed and tell me before I ask that that fee will go toward the repair if I elect to move forward, all BEFORE proceeding. Reputable companies aren't doing this to get more money out of me/you They are doing it because their time and skilled labor is also money and if they get the answer and you want a second opinion or to defer repair (or do something different as I may have) they still did work for you. Be a good client to good contractors. They appreciate it too :)

Did the job quickly and effectively, charge $250 per hour for labor plus costs for materials.

They first and foremost keep petitioning to delete my review. They botched a sink repair that I ended up having another company actually finish the work. They then did not want to refund me or reimburse me.
Jean is rude and not very transparent. Neither is Kelly, they both don't truly care about the work they do, just how much extra they can upcharge you for mediocre to moderate service. I will never use someone who charges $400.00 to install a sink that I bought, only to mess it up and I have to then get another company to do so. If you see these trucks, run for the hills.

We had leak outside the house. Cedric was the technician that showed up to the house. He was very professional and courteous. I showed him where the leak was and he said he would get right on it. He fixed the leak and answered all the questions that I had about it. He even explained a few other details. Over all a very satisfying experience.

I am only giving a one-star review because I have had a couple of decent experiences in the far past with Abacus. Abacus Plumbing tried to price gouge me out of $380-$700 to repair a small bedroom faucet. They offered me no explanation of the estimate and the plumber, Jeremiah Wagner was exceptionally rude and a nightmare to communicate with, refusing to explain the estimate charges. He even told me why don't I just go to Home Depot and do it myself.  
In the end I had another plumber tell me that I should have been told that the entire faucet needed to be changed out, not a repair. Abacus tried to get me to fix a faucet that was beyond repair. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
